Happy holidays, everyone! Yesterday, we kicked off Thanksgiving morning with our first-ever “Earn Your Turkey Sparring Session,” and what a phenomenal turnout it was! A huge thank you to all our members who came out, showed up, and gave it their all in the ring.
We had men of all levels stepping up, mixing it up, and sharing the ring with each other. For some, it was their first time sparring—and I was beyond impressed with how well they held their own! It’s not easy stepping into the ring, but you all showed heart, grit, and determination.
At TA Boxing, our mission is to teach the art of boxing from the ground up. We focus on building fundamental skills and then testing them in controlled sparring sessions with experienced partners. Our skilled guys know how to pull punches, challenge the newer members, and push them to their limits—without sacrificing safety. This environment helps everyone grow, both mentally and physically.
