Learn to Actually Throw Your Hands

This isn’t just a cardio class, you’ll learn real boxing fundamentals: proper stance, defense, footwork, and how to throw your hands with correct form and technique. It’s a major stress reliever that keeps you fully present and focused while developing real boxing skills.

Our Women’s Boxing Fundamentals & Cardio classes runs three times a week on Sunday mornings at 10 am, Tuesday evenings a 6 pm and Thursday mornings at 630 am. Classes start on Thursday, March 5th. Fill out the form below to reserve your spot.
