Why a Personal training program from a Training Aspects Personal trainer

Men's health with personal training and personal training programs from training aspects

Who is Training Aspects and Its Evolution:

The personal training program 2009:

“Move – Look – Feel As You’ve Always Desired” was the original Training Aspects motto when we focused solely on personal training. Physical and performance training encompasses much more than just sculpting muscles or losing weight. It involves moving with power, overcoming the myth of “I’m too old for working out,” developing confidence in one’s physical and mental abilities, and realizing the true potential of pushing past societal beliefs about movement and health. We wanted Training Aspects to evolve beyond just a personal training company.

The personal training and evolved programs 2017- present day

We began adding small group sessions and creating a community of high-level individuals eager to truly unleash their potential. Thus, “Unleash the Potential” was born.Personal training is more than just experiencing soreness, sweating, and possibly even puking. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, cut body fat, find your inner beast as a top athlete, or you’re going through a life transition where you feel caged or need to reinvent yourself, that’s what Training Aspects is all about. It’s the place where you can get your butt kicked but also look forward to it. There will be sweat, there may even be tears, but most importantly, there’s a community of individuals who want to be better and, in turn, push you to be your best self. As a community, we unleash the potential!

The future of Training Aspects:

This is interesting to write in 2024. The foundational beliefs of Training Aspects started in 2007 and were made official in 2009. Although the official Training Aspects journey began in 2009, the true development was many years prior. The core of what we believe in is development—empowering each person, regardless of their personal life obstacles, to push past them. There is a lot in the works, and one of the biggest areas we are excited to develop is men’s health. We aim to provide men with a space to build confidence through physical fitness, boxing, and unleashing the inner beast. Too often, there is a myth in our society that by age 30, everything starts to go downhill. It s only a myth! In most cases, it’s up to us to decide what type of aging will occur and how well or poorly it progresses. Create your own success, don’t leave it to chance.

     Top 3 Hockey Off-Season Mistakes

Once the season is over it’s likely you’ll want to take a break and chill out after a long tough season. Although we do suggest two weeks off to let the body recoup and fully revamp, you don’t want to take too much time off as that can lead to poor off-season habits. We’ll show…

Sports performance training and nutrition timing

Fueling Performance: How Nutrition Timing Differs From Basal Metabolic Rate Most people approach nutrition by focusing almost entirely on calories.
