Healthy hips provide more than just flexibility. They allow you to load properly in a squat or lunge, create power in a sprint or jump, and rotate cleanly during cuts, swings, or throws. By training and strengthening the hips’ mobility and stability, you give yourself the ability to move with greater control and producing more force, pain free.
