Second Annual Women’s Galentine’s Group Training Event at TA

Galentines Event for Women in Voorhees NJ

TA Boxing Babes Galentine’s Celebration: Year Two

Grab your girls and get ready to move and sweat! TA Boxing is ecstatic to host our second annual Boxing Babes Galentine’s Celebration on Sunday, February 8th at 8:00 AM. This empowering, fun, and high energy event is the perfect way to celebrate friendship, strength, and self love.

This year we’re partnering with Miss New Jersey and local title holders to raise money for Miss America’s national partner, The American Heart Association. All proceeds from the event will go directly towards the foundation.

The session will feature an upbeat combination of movement training and cardio boxing, designed to help you feel strong, confident, and energized. No previous training experience required. Whether you’re brand new to boxing and movement training or already know how to train, this event is for all fitness levels in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up early!

What to Expect

This isn’t your average workout, it’s a celebration of all women! Here’s what we have planned:

 Movement & Boxing Training

We will start the morning with intentional movement training to improve mobility, coordination, and body awareness, then transition into cardio boxing and fundamentals. You’ll learn proper stance, punches, footwork, and combinations while getting in a powerful full body workout.
