Leg day, usually the toughest day of the week and often skipped! If you are hitting legs than you’re probably loading up on squats and deadlifts which can be great strength builders but are your workouts really optimized for elite sports performance? Movement Strength
Strength is important but the ability to be strong through your movement is even more important and often under trained! Adding rotation or lateral movement to your lifts can be a great way to expand on your movement strength in all planes of motion!
