Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser Obstacle Run in Voorhees NJ

Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser. Fight for the Cure. Obstacle Run in Voorhees NJ

Hoodie Up for the Cure: Breast Cancer Awareness Obstacle Run in Voorhees, NJ

Training Aspects of Voorhees, NJ, is bringing the community together for Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a fundraiser and obstacle run. Let’s “Hoodie Up” and run for the cure.

Last year, our community purchased more than 60 hoodies to support breast cancer. This year, we’re working to make an even greater impact with a brand new hoodie design and an obstacle course run at Training Aspects on Saturday, October 10, weather permitting.

Donate and Purchase Hoodie With Form Below

Hoodie Up for the Cure – Orders accepted until Oct. 7th

Hoodies are $45, and participation in the obstacle run is an additional $10. The original pre-order has concluded, but we’re extending hoodie orders through Wednesday, October 7! We’re also still accepting donations and registrations for our optional obstacle run at Training Aspects in Voorhees NJ, weather permitting. Pre-ordered hoodies will be available for pickup on the day of the run and extended hoodie orders will be available for pick up on Sunday, November 1. You can also make a donation without purchasing a hoodie or participating in the run by selecting the “other” payment option.

Whether you purchase a hoodie, take on the obstacle course, or do both, your participation in this event will help us raise awareness and bring the community together for an important cause.

What If Exercise Has Never Been Your Thing….

Throughout these articles I’ve talked a lot about resistance training, movement, and overall staying active while losing weight and/or taking a GLP-1. That’s easy if you already enjoy working out, but what if exercise has just never really been your thing? I get it. Honestly I have periods of time where I myself even start…

What Happens When Weight Loss Slows Down?

Starting to see the scale consistently move can be exciting when you’re starting out. Results are actually flying in, clothes might be fitting differently, and it feels like what you’re doing is finally working. Eventually you step on the scale and lo and behold……not much has changed. Maybe that happens again the next week. Suddenly…
