For adults 35-45, fitness starts to mean something different. It’s not just about how you look, it’s about staying strong, moving powerful, having more energy, managing stress, and building a mind and body that can keep up with the life you want to live.

At TA Boxing, boxing training is utilized as the vehicle to a powerful, strong, fit and healthy lifestyle.

Start With the Right Training for You

One-on-One Training
Get private individual training built around your current fitness level, goals, and experience. You’ll learn fundamental boxing techniques, improve strength and conditioning, and build confidence.

Semi-Private Training
Train with a small number of people (no more than 3) while still receiving personalized coaching. Semi-private training gives you more energy and accountability while continuing to develop fundamental boxing skills and increased fitness you need to progress.

Small Group Training
As your conditioning, technique, and confidence improve, our small group training becomes the next step. You’ll combine boxing, strength training, conditioning, and athletic movement in challenging sessions side by side with people working toward being the most powerful version of themselves ever.

Boxing Is the Vehicle

Boxing gives training a purpose. Instead of spending time mindlessly working on machines or doing the same workout you’ve done for years, you’re learning a skill while improving your cardio, strength, coordination, mobility, balance, and endurance.

And between the ages of 35 and 45, commitment, discipline and consistency truly matter.

This is the stage of life when what you do day by day begins to have a major impact on how you feel now and how capable you’ll be in the years ahead.
