(AKA regular lifts like squats, deadlifts and bench) So let’s break down our top 5 movement strength development exercises!
Explosive Step Clean
Excellent full body power exercise that focuses on that first step explosiveness as well as properly absorbing your force! Keep the weight light on this one while focusing on speed, power and fluidity!
Curtsy Lunge
