It might seem like an unorthodox way to train for sports but ninja warrior training could actually be the missing piece to the performance puzzle! Yes traditional training methods are still necessary and shouldn’t be forgotten, but ninja warrior training offers a very unique and unmatched training stimulus that can have a profound affect on your development and results! Weight Transfer

The ability to transfer your weight efficiently is everything when it comes to elite performance. Through ninja training you learn to efficiently move your body in all planes of motion with grace, skill and power! That’s a deadly combo when your on the ice or field! You’ll develop speed and quick foot movement through balance obstacles as well as the ability to move your body in space through swinging exercises.

Body Awareness

Body awareness is highly undertrained and under thought about as an elite metric to train.  If you have a better ability to understand where your body is in space and interpret where your next move is going more efficiently you’ll always be a step ahead of the competition! This is epitome of ninja training! you always have to understand where your body is in space and move effectively and fluidly to maximize your speed and efficiency on the course!

Core and Upper Body Strength

The upper body strength increase is an obvious one but the core strength gained from ninja warrior training is unreal! When swinging through the air it takes a different type of core strength to be able to adjust and navigate your body through the air combatting gravity and all the forces pulling you in every direction! Not only will your core strength be on another level but your shoulder mobility and stability will greatly improve! This will help reduce injuries while skyrocketing performance!
