This summer, TA Boxing is offering a 6-Week Boxing Fundamentals and Fitness Program designed for teachers looking to improve their fitness, relieve stress, and prioritize self-care in a supportive and challenging environment.
And no, you do not need to have aspirations of becoming a fighter. This program is designed for fitness while learning how to properly throw your hands.
Our program focuses on the fundamentals, fitness and mental benefits of boxing, helping teachers build confidence, release stress, and create healthy training routines.
