Peanut butter banana smoothie

Here a simple yet tasty high protein smoothie that is perfect after a tough workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 heaping tbsp. of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop your choice of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Mix the ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
