Boxing Training for Your JR Warrior
This summer, the JR Warrior Camp at Training Aspects is giving kids in Voorhees, Cherry Hill, Marlton, Medford, Sewell, and surrounding South Jersey communities an exciting way to stay active, build confidence, and improve athletic performance. Designed for kids ages 9–13, the camp combines boxing fundamentals, agility training, conditioning, and obstacle style challenges in a fun, high-energy environment that’ll keep kids engaged and active through the end of July.
Boxing training provides fundamental benefits for young athletes beyond throwing punches and footwork. Kids that train boxing develop better coordination, balance, speed, reaction time, and boost overall fitness while building discipline and self-confidence. The repetitive drills and structured workouts help improve athletic ability that carries over into other sports like football, soccer, basketball, baseball, wrestling, and more. It’s a great way for kids throughout the Voorhees and South Jersey area to stay active while learning valuable life skills.

One of the biggest advantages of youth boxing training is the mental growth it creates. Campers learn focus, resilience, teamwork, and how to push through challenges in a positive and supportive atmosphere. With experienced coaches leading every session, kids gain confidence both inside and outside the gym while making new friends and having a blast each day.
