Hoodie up TA Boxing, Former Athlete, Boxing Training for athletes

Earning Your Hoodie at TA Boxing

At TA Boxing, the hoodie isn’t for fashion… it’s the culture, a badge of honor, and a symbol of finding comfort in the uncomfortable. Each patch earned represents growth, discipline, and commitment.

Dad Bod, Boxing Training for dads

1 | The White Patch

The fundamentals are there, and you’re willing to step into light, controlled sparring. Through repetitive drills, conditioning, focused training, and consistently showing up, you’ve earned the foundation.

2 | The Red Patch

You now have more than the fundamentals, you have strategy, the fighter’s mindset, and the drive to compete. Training, sparring, and daily conditioning elevate you to this level.

3 | The Black Patch

For experienced and long-tenured members, this patch represents teaching, competing, and being a cornerstone of the TA Boxing community.

Do you have to spar to earn a hoodie?

No, patches aren’t earned solely through sparring, they’re earned through consistency, commitment to yourself, and being a positive force in the gym. Your hoodie reflects that journey.

Members from Voorhees and the surrounding areas have already earned theirs and continue to put in the work to grow and collect their patches. Check out their stories and testimonials on our Instagram and YouTube.
