Our private boxing studio provides a clean and safe environment, with intense training styles for members to enjoy their workouts while relieving emotional stress and trauma, building strength and endurance and sharpening their minds, body’s and overall well-being. TA Boxing focuses on promoting self discipline and equipping members with the mental and physical capacity to face life’s challenges head-on.
