Fitness Goal Assessment

fitness goal assessment

Every fitness journey is personal, which means your approach should reflect YOUR specific goals, not someone else’s routine or what’s trending online. Want to build muscle? That’s going to look different than training for fat loss, improving flexibility, or boosting cardiovascular health. Just like you wouldn’t train for a 5K the same way you’d train for a powerlifting meet, your workouts should be shaped by what matters most to YOU. So instead of jumping into a generic plan, let’s take a moment to get clear on your direction. See what you actually want to work towards and is your current routine helping you get there with these quick questions.

Our process begins with analysis of your goal assessment and an in person movement assessment. By identifying your individual strengths, limitations, and current habits, we’ll be able to build a plan that actually fits you and doesn’t just copy someone else’s  program or routine.

!Ask about our 12 week program to get you back in shape!

Sports performance training and nutrition timing

Fueling Performance: How Nutrition Timing Differs From Basal Metabolic Rate Most people approach nutrition by focusing almost entirely on calories.
