The season is officially over for most and it’s time to get prepped to have a huge off-season! We have a great new opportunity available to all athletes to get them prepped and ready to have a beast summer! We’ll break down everything you’ll be getting out of the experience in this article and there will be a link to get started at the bottom!
Assess Your Movement Habits
How do you know how to create your off-season program without understanding your weaknesses? Getting a movement assessment done by a sports performance coach will allow to understand where your weaknesses actually are (sometimes it’s not where you think) and help you better understand what direction to go when programming for the off-season!
Individualized Mobility Program
Once you had your individual movement assessment done, now the fun begins! We can focus on working on your individual needs with a specific mobility plan that will target your needs weather its hip, ankle or shoulder specific! This mobility plan will help you unlock tightness, create more range of motion and help unleash new potential through better movement habits while helping prevent injuries!
Train for Your Goals
You may have big goals…but do you know how to get to them as efficiently possible? That’s where we can help! We will do a goal assessment with you and then can maximize your training program to meet those goals and get you there much faster!
Maximize Your Movement, Strength and Speed
Now the real fun begins…the Training!! This is where we focus on improving your movement efficiency and weight transfer. This will greatly increase your speed, explosiveness and overall strength. When you move better, everything gets better! As you feel your movement improve through all 3 planes of motion you see your speed, strength and confidence skyrocket!

Once you complete the 6 week program, then you’ll be ready to turn it up a notch! You’ll be ready to jump into our elite summer program! 3 months of non stop development everyday focused on taking the foundation we built in the 6 week program and truly unleashing the potential that was inside your body just waiting to be found!
