What to Expect:
This isn’t your typical workout—it’s a morning filled with energy, empowerment, and connection. Here’s what’s waiting for you:
1. Learn the Basics and Fundamentals of Boxing:
Introduction to fundamental boxing techniques like proper stances, punches, defense and footwork. Whether you want to build confidence, get a great workout in or simply try something new, this session covers it all.
2. Self-Defense Training:
Equip yourself with simple yet effective self-defense techniques to help you feel safer and more prepared in any situation.
3. Sweat, Groove, and Have a Blast:
Get your heart pumping with high-energy cardio boxing exercises that are as fun as they are effective! Groove to upbeat music and torch calories while having a blast with fellow Galentines. You’ll be dancing, singing, and celebrating your way through the session. Who says fitness can’t be a party?
4. Raffle Giveaways and Refreshments:
After the workout, cool down with refreshments and enjoy the chance to win exciting prizes in our raffle. It’s our way of saying thank you for joining us.
