Unleash Your Potential at TA Boxing: Boxing is Therapeutic its Your Medicine

Hey champs! My name is Tom Kennedy, and I am a sports performance specialist and boxing coach at Training Aspects, located in Camden County, NJ. I am ecstatic to share some exciting news. In October 2023, Training Aspects added a boxing component to our training program for athletes. Fast forward to today, and we now have a full-fledged Boxing Studio. How awesome is that?

The studio is a great space for one-on-one boxing training and can accommodate group training as well! In the studio, you’ll find a 14×14 boxing ring, two wall bags, two heavy bags, battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, and a state-of-the-art “Styku” body fat scanner (the first body scan is complimentary if you become a member of the TA Boxing Fam!).

TA Boxing’s mission is to unleash every member’s true potential through coaching, comprehensive training, and building strong camaraderie between coaches and fellow members. Our boxing program aims to boost self-confidence, discipline, and mental toughness. We wholeheartedly believe that boxing is a powerful way to release and relieve the daily pressures and stress that many men and women face. The TA Boxing Fam feeds off each other’s energy and uplifts one another during training to reach levels that many never knew they could achieve!

If you’re going through something in life and are searching for a positive outlet to release stress, take the first step toward stronger mental and physical health and unleashing your full potential by contacting us today to schedule a complimentary boxing assessment!
