Quick Effective Hockey Mobility Strengthening Techniques

Everyone is looking for the next best stretching and mobility exercises for hockey. What if I told you it was less about the specific exercises and more of the approach or techniques you were using to gain more mobility. Stretching and mobility exercises are a dime a dozen, but are you actually strengthening into your end range of motion?

By strengthening not only the muscles but the ligaments, tendons and overall joint you vastly increase your body’s ability to withstand injury in those ranges of motion as well unlock new strength, speed and power benefits from your new range of motion mastery!

Here are some of our go to mobility strengthening techniques for the 3 main joints of the body including the ankle, hip and shoulder. All you need is a band!
