Labor Day version: best season yet

Two young athletes perform a resisted sprint drill during off-season training at a sports performance facility.

New Season- Labor Day starts off the athletic success 🏒🇺🇸

Labor Day marks the end of summer and the start of new seasons on the ice and in life. Just like workers across America are celebrated today for their grit and dedication, athletes have to bring that same level of commitment as hockey season begins and the summer prep work is on spotlight.

Commitment is what separates those who just show up from those who grow and develop. The training, the  practice, the reps, every habit adds up over the long grind of the season. Testing the work completed prior.

This week’s challenge: honor the spirit of Labor Day by committing to your own hard work: one daily action that keeps you sharp and ready for the months ahead.

Hard work builds athletic beasts, and on Labor Day lets celebrate the hard work of the past to the success of tomorrow.
