Famous comment’s back story:

This comment was one of my favorites. Right before we were about to begin our personal training session, we did a few minutes of nutrition label analysis, then we ran through the personal training client’s food log. Before I could comment on the personal training client eating a bag of swedish fish, the person made the comment.
Though the personal training client knew the truth and I was not a happy trainer, the delivery was priceless. For anyone who is curious.. Swedish fish are fat free, most candy is. However, sugar content is high and if sugar is not needed for the body, it will store as fat. Sorry to be the barrier of bad news.
