We have the privilege to work with so many beautiful, ambitious and talented ladies in the Miss and Outstanding teen organization For Miss New Jersey. The year of service, besides the actual pageant, takes a toll on the girls. Having the ability to manage the year, adjust the intensities of workouts, diets and organize it to hit its peak in June and then again in September, is one feat.
To help the girl deal with the day to day of a pageant girl schedule, appearances, school, work, talent, gown, interview prep, and maybe find a place in there for a personal life is a whole other feat. Our goal is to not just help look great for swimsuit, but truly feel healthy, confident and powerful for all phases of competition and know that there is one aspect of competition that needs no worry.

Habits are easier to combat when there is a strategy tailored to the specific needs and actual implementation of the strategy. “The chains of habit are too light to feel until they are too heavy to break.” Achieving true potential requires creating a lifestyle that reflects the daily schedule, current lifestyle and an effort that truly takes a team.
