Training is more than just telling someone how to do an exercise, teaching form and being there for the allotted time. It is both the trainer and client’s desire to accomplish the result. The trainer can only guide the client to do the work. True! However the trainer’s ability to guide the client through the rough times, personal issues, holidays, commitments, priorities etc. there are many outside obstacles that can affect the results.. We know the journey and have proven results time and time again.
