Training Aspects personal training studio, has recently moved into a new facility! We are now located at 910 Haddonfield Berlin rd. Voorhees,Nj 08043. Our Voorhees location is  about a 15minute  drive from any part of Cherry Hill. The directions below give you a way to travel by way of Haddonfield-Berlin road, 561, a well known road in Cherry Hill.

A Training Aspects personal Trainer can give you the best route to take depending on what time you will be making the trip for your personal training session. Our location gives our clients many routes to get to the personal training studio from any part of Cherry Hill, which is always a plus! This is especially important so we can help you stay motivated, instead of get frustrated on the way to the personal training studio and/or on the way back! We want you to have a great personal training experience in every way: Personal training, weight loss, weight gain , increased sports performance, travel accommodations.

Though there are certain things, from a personal training stand point, we will not be able to help with ( like actually doing the exercises for you). Please feel free to share any suggestions on  how to increase your moral week to week.  Your goal is our goal! We are now located in the Ritz Plaza!
