After many years of unleashing potential in Voorhees, Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, Marlton and many of the surrounding areas, Training Aspects is also located in Sewell, Nj. We offer personal training, corporate training, athlete development, and sports team training. Our promise at Training Aspects is to continually assess your mind and body to create a personalized plan for success, with full support and guidance, to help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Our commitment to each person we work with is to provide the leadership needed to manage daily life stresses and create healthy habits that last longer than just a few months. “An extreme change lasts a month, a lifestyle change lasts a lifetime”.While most training programs help achieve short-term results, we focus on consistency, vision, and hard work to achieve long-term success. In our current society, health is often a low priority in daily life. There’s too much going on! We aim to help develop healthy habits and a lifestyle that reflects the life you want to live with solutions to the current lifestyle.

We are excited to work with the PHC, Hurricanes and Belles athletes and the Hollydell community. Personal training is more than just lifting weights to build stronger muscles. It’s about increasing the body’s movement potential for optimal performance, while also boosting mental confidence and fortitude to improve all areas of daily life. Training can truly change a person’s life, both physically and mentally.

If you are looking to get the most out of your physical and mental strength, connect with us for an assessment and experience the difference.
