TA Training Services — Gift Card & Training Sessions Purchase Agreement.

This Agreement is between:

Trainer / Business: Training Aspects LLC (“Trainer”)
Service Name: TA Training Services
Buyer / Client: purchaso(“Client”)
Purchase Date: date on gift card
Client Instagram Handle: @[clienthandle]

1) Purchase Details

The Client is purchasing (select one):

A) Gift Card

  • Gift Card Amount: purchased on form

  • Gift Card Code / ID:  found on gift card

  • Recipient Name (if applicable): found on form 

  • Delivery Method: email

B) Training Sessions Package

  • Package: on the form 

  • Session Length: Session specials are 45mins

  • Total Price Paid: on form

2) Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before gift card delivery or session scheduling begins.

Accepted payment methods include: credit, cash, and card (and any additional methods Trainer may offer).

3) Scheduling & Communication

  • Scheduling is coordinated through Trainer’s scheduling method.

  • Client agrees to provide availability and respond within a reasonable timeframe to confirm session dates.

4) Expiration

All gift cards and prepaid training sessions expire one (1) year from the purchase date unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing by Trainer.

Any unused value or sessions after the expiration date are forfeited.

5) Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a late cancellation, and the session may be considered used.

  • No-shows are considered used and are not refundable.

Trainer may waive this policy at their discretion in cases of true emergency.

6) Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law or if Trainer cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule.

7) Transferability & Cash Value

  • Gift cards are transferable and may be used by the recipient or reassigned to another person.

  • Gift cards and prepaid sessions are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

8) Health & Participation Disclaimer

Client (or gift card recipient) confirms they are physically able to participate in training sessions and understands that training includes inherent risks, including injury, soreness, or other physical strain.

Client agrees to disclose any relevant injuries, conditions, or limitations prior to participating.

Training Aspects LLC / TA Training Services is not responsible for injuries resulting from:

  • undisclosed medical conditions,

  • failure to follow instructions,

  • misuse of equipment, or

  • activities outside of sessions.

9) Results Disclaimer

Client understands that fitness results vary based on many factors. Trainer does not guarantee any specific outcome.

10) Media Release

Trainer may capture photos/videos during sessions for promotional use. By purchasing media release is accepted

11) Professional Conduct

Client agrees to respectful communication. Trainer may terminate services (without refund of unused sessions) if the Client engages in harassment, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct.

12) Acceptance

By purchasing a gift card or training sessions, Client acknowledges they have read and agree to this Agreement.
