Myles has taught group training classes as well as trained clients privately in various University and Sports club facilities. He is certified through the fitness industry’s finest, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). To make sure his clients have the most effective programs, he keeps up with the most recent research published in scientific journals such as NSCA and ACSM. Myles specializes in Body weight, TRX, weights, resistance bands and for the ones who want to get more advanced, ropes and tire training. He currently trains athletes as well as people looking to get back in shape. As all Training Aspects’ staff, your goal is his goal!
