What muscles are firing?!
All of us at Training Aspects are excited to bring Athos muscle firing technology into the mix. We are always looking to find ways to continue bringing the greatest techniques and technology to our training mix.
There are many techniques to identify muscle imbalances and compensation patterns. However, actually seeing muscle activity as you’re training can save a lot of time. By identifying the contractibility of a muscle within a training session may allow for not only a more effective workout program but greater injury prevention. This will increase movement and performance potential, greater output potential and as just mentioned, injury prevention.
The suits are not cheap, however, to start. For anyone interested in adding this technology into their training program, we will cover half the cost one pair of the Athos shorts. We will begin with the shorts since so many sports and overall issues stem from the glutes and hamstrings. To understand the ability or inability to fire the glutes can help us increase stride performance, whether sprinting, skating or just moving.
The Athos shorts costs about $348, when you sign up with us for a training package of 3 months or more, we will cover half the cost of the shorts. We are looking forward to adding this special into the mix and continuing the process of brining our community the latest and greatest in training.
